About

We make training for a living. edon.ai is how we localise it.

This started as an internal tool, because we were the ones with the problem.

edon.ai was built inside a group that produces corporate training in Lithuania. We ran into the same wall as our customers: every course had to exist in more than one language, and keeping the versions current was the job nobody wanted and nobody had budgeted for.

The options were all bad in different ways. Re-recording meant a studio and a schedule. Subtitling meant a lot of our audience watching a training module on a phone with the sound off, reading. One-click translation tools handled the audio and quietly ignored the slide deck, which in training is where half the content lives.

So we built the workflow we needed: speech, slides and subtitles translated in the same pass, with the transcript editable so a change costs minutes instead of a recording session. Then we noticed everyone we talked to had the same problem, and made it a product.

We still run our own courses through it. That is usually how we find out first when something is annoying, and it is why the roadmap is shaped by people who have to use the thing on a Tuesday rather than only by people who sell it.

How we work

Three things worth knowing before you talk to us

01

We would rather show you than tell you

Every page on this site pushes you toward putting your own video in front of the product. That is deliberate. Localisation quality is not a claim you can settle by reading, and we would rather you found out early if this is not for you.

02

We say what we do not know yet

Where this site cannot give you a specification, it says so and tells you to ask, rather than filling the gap with something confident. You are going to check anyway, and the checking goes better when the page was honest first.

03

We build for European rules first

We are a Vilnius company selling mostly to European organisations, so GDPR, data protection agreements and the EU transparency rules for AI-generated content are the default case here, not an enterprise add-on someone asks about late in a deal.

Where we are

Vilnius, Lithuania. If you want to talk to a person, hello@edon.ai reaches one.

For security questionnaires, data protection agreements or anything your legal team needs, start at the trust page and bring the questionnaire to a call.

Working with the group

Because the group behind edon.ai produces training, we can take on the review step as a service rather than only selling you the software to do it yourself.

Teams that are short on people in a target language tend to start that way and bring it in-house later.
