Third parties that are involved in running edon.ai, and what each one does. We will update this page before we add a new one, not after.

Who is involved

Our hosting and form handling for this website run on Netlify. Behind the product, transcription, translation, voice and video processing run on ElevenLabs, Gemini, Google Cloud and Replicate.

Which of them handles a given project depends on the subject, the language pair and the audience, so the mix is not the same on every job. What does not change is that they are the pool, and we tell you before anything joins it.

The authoritative version is the list attached to our data processing agreement. This page names the providers; the agreement names what each one processes, where, and for how long.

If you are a customer, we tell you before a new subprocessor starts handling your content, with enough notice for you to object.
