Pay for what you actually localise

Three plans. One is a finished result at a fixed fee. One is €7 a finished minute and a card. One shapes the platform around your organisation: models, storage, integrations and the paperwork.

Pay as you go

For a team that wants the editor and the control. Add a card and go.

€7 per finished minute

Per language, ex VAT. You pay for video you actually export. No seats, no monthly floor.

What you get

  • Speech, slides and subtitles translated in one pass
  • Voice cloning with multi-speaker support
  • Glossaries per project
  • Video or slide view control
  • Transcript and subtitle editing, with the voice regenerating from your edit
  • Word-level emphasis
  • Bulk upload with videos matched to decks by filename
  • Email support

Enterprise

For organisations that need the platform shaped around them, not the other way round.

Quoted on volume

The rate falls as volume rises. An annual commitment moves it further.

What drives the number

Two organisations with the same job title and the same budget can be a factor of ten apart on this. One has forty modules going into six languages every quarter. The other has three videos a year. You can work out roughly where you sit before you ever speak to us.

  • Finished minutes. How much localised video you end up with, counted per language. At €7 a minute, this is arithmetic you can do before anyone calls you.
  • Languages per video. Every language is priced on the same rate, so a ten-minute module in three languages is thirty minutes: €210. No first-language surcharge, no setup fee hiding in the quote.
  • Who does the checking. On outcome we review every language before you see it. On pay as you go, you do. Most teams start with us involved and take it in-house once they trust the output.

Ask any vendor these three, including us

What counts as a minute. Source length or finished length, and whether every target language counts separately. Ours: finished, per language, counted once.

What a re-export costs. You will edit and export again more often than you expect. Ours: nothing.

What happens when volume drops. A rate built on your best quarter is not a rate. Ours does not move with your volume, unless enterprise negotiates it down.

Questions

Pricing questions

Is €7 the whole price?

Per finished minute, per language, excluding VAT, and yes. No seats, no platform fee, no monthly floor, no charge for re-exporting after an edit. Outcome and enterprise are quoted instead, because what changes there is the work we take on and the wrapper around it, not the product.

What counts as a finished minute?

The localised output you export, counted per language, once. A ten-minute module in three languages is thirty finished minutes: €210. You will meet vendors who count the source length, count the re-exports, or count both. Ask everyone the question and get the answer in writing, ours included.

Do you charge again when I edit and re-export?

No. A finished minute is counted once per language, when you first export it. Edit the transcript and export again as often as you need. If a re-cut makes the video longer, only the added minutes are billed.

What is the difference between the plans?

Who does the work and what wraps it. On outcome you hand us the files and approve the result; the workflow, the glossary and the checking are ours, at a fixed fee. On pay as you go the editor is yours: a rate, a card, full control. Enterprise is pay as you go with the platform shaped around your organisation, from the model mix to storage to sign-on, on a negotiated rate card.

Who does the checking on the outcome plan?

Our reviewers, before you ever see it. The group behind edon.ai produces corporate training, so the people checking a module have made modules. You still approve the result: nothing ships until you have seen it.

Can I start small and move to enterprise later?

Yes, and most teams should. Start with one course, find out whether the output clears your bar, then negotiate a rate once you know your real volume instead of guessing at it.

Is there a free trial?

There is no self-serve trial. Ask for a sample and we send a worked example for your use case, or book a demo and we run your own material live. Both cost you nothing.

Do you offer volume or annual discounts?

Yes, on enterprise. Both move the rate, and a whole catalogue moves it more than a single course.

Can you run the review step for us?

Yes. On outcome it is built in: every project is reviewed by a person before you see it. On enterprise it is by agreement, for teams that run the editor themselves but want us in the loop on some content.
